Alex has an extensive experience working for large multinational media and TV brands including Virgin Entertainment, Fox Family Worldwide and Walt Disney Company where as Marketing Director, TV Channels, she was responsible for people management, design and implementation of multi-territory brand and franchise strategy, budgeting and communication with key internal and external stakeholders. Alex is also a co-founder of a business consultancy providing business development, strategy, corporate development and fundraising services.
At Fox, Alex was a member of the international channel distribution team working to acquire business partners within Pay-Tv and advertising sectors to launch new channels in line with the expansion strategy.
Being at the forefront of the business operation and having first hand experience of working in leadership roles has given Alex invaluable insights into the daily operational challenges and pressure points which many face in highly competitive and fast-paced organisations. She was recognised for her adaptive leadership, introducing coaching management style and for proactively training and developing members of her team to encourage them to identity and apply the principles of high performance.
Alex was also a frequent speaker and a participant at key industry events and conferences.
