Angus has over 20 years’ experience in learning strategy, design & delivery, coaching and leadership & organisational development. Starting his career with Lloyds Banking Group, he has worked within various industry sectors for FTSE 100 companies including PwC, Deloitte, Tesco, Burberry and most recently Citi Group. During this time his main focus was designing and facilitating leadership programmes, and supporting C-suite executives in their personal development and influencing overall business strategy, growth and impact.
With a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Angus is also accredited in the use of a number of psychometric instruments, including:

Angus has been designing and delivering learning interventions his whole career and uses his breadth of expert learning knowledge, and varied industry experience to bring both creativity and pragmatism to his programmes. Recently focusing on ‘Authentic Leadership’: covering emotional intelligence, personal impact and delivering a clear message, he has been able to create self-awareness in leaders to help make sustainable behavioural change. Angus has delivered programmes to global audiences across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
