Danny has spent 20 years as a learning and development professional working with clients globally; designing and delivering leadership, management and organizational development initiatives.
He has worked with a diverse group of financial and professional service organizations including: Insurance companies (Allianz, Hiscox, Norwich Union and Lloyds of London), Global banks (HSBC, Barclays, RBS) law firms (Linklaters, DLA Piper and DWF), Big Four accountancy firms (EY) and a management consultancy (McKinsey & Co.).
BA (Hons) in Communication and Cultural Studies, Master NLP coach trained, Myers Briggs Step 1 Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, OCR Certificate in Coaching, BPS level A&B trained, Hay Emotional Competence Inventory Practitioner, TA101 certificate, Margerison-McCann Team Management System Practitioner.
Danny’s experiences of facilitation, coaching and training allows him to draw upon a wide range of business, organisational and developmental thinking. This means he can offer lots of different perspectives, examples and theories to best meet the learning needs of his clients.
His work has been successful because the approach he takes deals with people’s beliefs and values not just their knowledge; if sustainable performance is required people need to consider their mindsets as well as their skills. This results in a set of sophisticated yet pragmatic solutions for people to apply to their business.
