Projects vary considerably in size and complexity and between different industries.

There are several skills and approaches which can maximise the success of these projects. Project managers need good planning organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. A good project manager will use resources with suitable skills, qualifications experience and knowledge to work together in a motivated and integrated team with a clearly defined reporting line, roles responsibilities and authorities.

This 24 month Level 4 apprenticeship standard will help develop the skills needed to manage projects of any scale, from individual assignments to large scale capital projects.
