Anna started work experience in 1995 in sales starting her own business. The following years 1998 – 2008 were related to the work in the financial industry. In Amplico Life she learned about contact with clients, built long-term relationships and built trust. It was a time of acquiring skills related to sales and influencing self-efficacy. The following years 2004-2009 were dedicated to the financial industry within banks. In 2003 Anna started the role of Advisor at Citibank Handlowy SA. As a result of internal promotion she became a coach. This dynamic organisation gave her the opportunity to acquire a variety of competences: leading workshops, coaching, conducting recruitment processes for traders. In subsequent years he served as managerial and coaching in such financial institutions as Bank Millennium SA, Lukas Bank SA and Deutsche Bank, PBC SA, The Deutsche Bank. Whilst at PBC SA Anna took part in the creation of a new company structure from the beginning, learning all processes within the organisations strategy. Finally, she managed a mobile sales team within financial services. This role provided her with the skills to managing a team, sharing her knowledge, experiences and practical skills learned. and to the participants she was training, sharing experiences and amassed situation with the business reality of my clients.

Anna’s first experience as trainer was at Citibank and Bank Millennium SA as an internal trainer. As a manager, she developed employees through training and workshops. In 2009, she started as a freelance trainer, working with various training companies.
