Caroline Flin

Business Experience
Caroline has more than 15 years’ experience in learning and organisation development. She has worked across a range of industries, including financial and professional services and education. Her corporate learning roles have included Head of People Development at Pearson UK and Head of Leadership Development and Coaching at Deloitte. More recently she has worked as a consultant, specialising in leadership facilitation, 1:1 and group coaching.
Professional Qualifications
Caroline has an MSc in Psychology; is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner; and holds a British Psychological Society Level A and Level B psychometrics certification. She is accredited in the use of MBTI, the Hogan suite; ECi360, Hay Group Emotional & Social Competence Inventory; FIRO-B; 16PF and DiSC.

Training Experience
Caroline has a strong track record in in-person and virtual facilitation, design and evaluation. She has facilitated programmes for graduate through to executive audiences across financial services, media, retail, education and not-for-profit. She has far-reaching experience with both UK and global audiences. Caroline builds on in excess of 1000 coaching hours and is a skilled action-learning facilitator and group coach.
