With 5 years’ experience in training, both managing and delivering transformation programmes for a wide range of client, Amy understands her responsibility to provide a seamless service and clear communication, whilst working collaboratively with the client. She endeavors to be one step ahead and to add value to programmes through diligent scheduling, proactive planning and building professional client relationships.
Amy’s objective is to provide solutions and avoid potential risks by understanding the client and participant needs. Her motivation is to organise programmes which focus on participant experience, whilst ensuring the client and organization goals are realised.
