Essia brings 25 years of previous generalist HR experience covering the private, public and voluntary sectors; most recently in mergers and acquisitions and prior to that as Head of HR at the Museum of London where she oversaw a strategic change programme gaining both Investors in People and Investing in Volunteers.
Essia is a chartered member of the CIPD. With an interest in strategic HR, organisational transformation and culture Essia will develop and implement HR initiatives to support Alpha Development achieve its growth plans.
