Alpha Development was delighted to have participated in the Standard Chartered Bank event, “Seizing GBA opportunities with Growth Mindset” on 10th November. It was an internal panel event, designed to help Standard Chartered employees understand the importance of the opportunities that exist in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) region.
Having been a dedicated training partner for Standard Chartered since 2016, Alpha has deep expertise in designing effective, multi-touch learning journeys that mirror the bank’s challenges and values. Alpha’s own capabilities within the GBA area was demonstrated by a regional member of our faculty, Florence Lam. As the key external consultant on the panel, Florence shared her knowledge on the context and importance of honing a growth mindset, as well as the behaviours this entails and how to foster this mindset within teams. Florence combined this information with further insight on GBA talent development and the opportunities for Standard Chartered.
