The learning designer will create high quality learning programmes and materials in response to client requests. You will be an experienced designer and author of learning materials in one or more of the following fields: Leadership, Management, Professional Skills, Sales & Commercial Skills.
You will be a primary designer of engaging and interactive learning programmes to address specific business needs. Learning programmes may be in-person experiences, or leverage technology-enabled learning and the principles of social and collaborative environments; all to be suitable for a typically client facing workforce.
The technology manager will oversee all the technical aspects and technological resources at Alpha Development. The role has been established to work with the Chief Learning Officer to develop a technological vision aligned to the commercial, operational and client strategy.
Alpha is currently expanding its North America business from our base in London and this role will be a central part of the growing business development team. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality client service, managing key relationships, increasing sales and achieving new client growth targets.
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with industry experience. The right candidate must be a highly organised self-starter with a strong client focus and attention to detail. The role will require a mixture of UK and US hours and travel to the US may be required from time to time.
