Commercial Team

The start of your journey with Alpha will likely be with our Commercial team, your first points of contact and responsible for managing ongoing relationships with global clients. Our Account Directors take the lead in understanding your requirements and providing the information you need to select a learning provider. The Account Directors are focused on understanding what success looks like, helping you demonstrate a return on your investment.  

Complex, global programs also benefit from the support of an Account Manager. The Account Management team are responsible for day-to-day client engagement, project management and continuous improvement. 

Both Account Managers and Account Directors work closely with our Product team, subject matter experts, and the Program Management team to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality learning experience.

Program Team

Our Program Management team is the cornerstone of our client success function, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our training programs. Located in each of our global delivery hubs, they partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that every program is meticulously planned and executed to the highest standards, delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction.
