Assessments and Analytics: from analogue to digital (and back again)
Our client runs multiple analyst onboarding programs simultaneously, for many hundreds of new hires. Alpha delivers some of these programs. The client has strict data security protocols in place, meaning that assessments cannot be administered by vendor portals, but instead on paper.
