The most successful managers are both change agents and change ambassadors. Often managers think change is effected at the time it is communicated. In reality, this is just a small part of the jigsaw.

In this Driving and Communicating Change session, leaders will cover the full spectrum of building that jigsaw. Building the change vision, communicating the message and most importantly, building practical actions to embed successful change strategies will drive the team’s and organisations strategic goals forward.
