Consider a task that needs to be delegated. Consider two people to whom you might delegate this task to. What differences would you make in how to do this? Which approach would be the most successful?

CHANGE 

Consider a task which might provoke a negative reaction when delegated. How could you encourage the person to see the task in a positive way? What tactics might you use? What support might you offer? How will you deal with those concerns?
