Strike up a conversation with three new people. Focus on making them feel listened to rather than what you will say. Note down what went well and not so well following the conversations.
Start the daily habit of mindfulness to strengthen your self-regulation and focus. Apps such as Headspace can be a useful tool to guide your daily practise.
Consider a person or a team whom you would like to have a better relationship with. Reflect upon your relationship perhaps by going through past emails and meeting notes. What do you need to do differently in order to build rapport and connection?
