It is flawed and does not always contribute to productive and healthy teams. Managers need to set goals for their team members. Often this is considered onerous, yet this is an opportunity to grow the team, to inspire them and to fire up their passions.

In this course, managers will learn how to set the right type of goal in the right way that will lead to success for the individual, the manager and the team.
