This course helps leaders take stock of the cultural differences that exist in their teams, understand the top challenges they face in managing culturally diverse teams and provide them with the tools to bring those teams together for improved collaboration and performance.

  • Using a selection of mini-case studies, determine how you would manage certain challenging situations (motivation, team bonding, communication, working style).

Consider one or two colleagues that culturally, operate in a different way to you. Describe those changes. How will you better adapt (heart, mind, body) to those differences in your next interactions?


Reflect on some cross-cultural challenges at a team level. What processes or interventions could be adopted to overcome those team challenges.  How could you assist other team members to build a CQ culture?
