It has been estimated that, on average, we spend 23 hours a week in meetings. Meetings are vitally important – if done well. Meetings help people feel included, trusted, and that they are important team members. They also give the opportunity for individuals and teams to contribute to the success of the company. Done badly, they are costly, inefficient, demotivating and the scourge of the working week.
Making Meetings Matter is an interactive session designed to equip participants with the skills they need to participate in and contribute to impactful meetings.
