Self-awareness is the ability to understand ourselves from the inside out and the outside in and can be seen as the “meta-skill” of the 21st century.

Our level of self-awareness underpins our ability make an impact, communicate, lead others and navigate challenging situations. Despite self-awareness being such a vital skill, incredibly only 10-15% of us have a high level of self-awareness thanks to blind-spots, over-confidence and perhaps a shyness to examine who we really are.

This 90-minute “Self-Awareness” virtual workshop will break down what it really means to be self-aware as well as offering insight into how we can all bolster our level of self-awareness.
