Smarter Networking is about establishing and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with a variety of people, and is critical for long-term career success. Investing in your professional and personal relationships pays dividends, throughout your career, in a myriad of ways.

The balance of time in this session can be shifted depending on the experience of participants. New joiners may need more time understanding the value of networking and the skills under-pinning it, whilst those with more experience may want to spend more time on a plan for deepening their professional connections.
