Collette Ryan

Business experience
Collette has over 27 years HR experience within both corporate roles and as an external consultant across the public and private sectors. She has worked with individuals and teams from a broad range of organisations and disciplines including FMCG, Financial Services, Transport, Utilities, local Councils and Telecommunications.  Her generalist background gives her a rounded approach to her consultancy and this, combined with a passion and insight for facilitation, design, delivery, talent, team development, leadership and executive development including coaching, leads her to making a real impact and difference to her clients.  Previous roles include; heading up Leadership Development, Learning and Talent Teams, Organisation Development Manager and HR Business Partner within organisations such as Barclays and TfL.

She has strong leadership skills and has led teams in complex matrix organisations and worked on assignments and programmes across the globe including Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Professional qualifications
Collette is a qualified HR professional and a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development. She is trained in the application of a range of psychometrics including MBTI, SHL personality profiling, Emotional Intelligence Accreditation (ESCI Hay Group), Capstone accredited and is an accredited coach.

Training history
Collette has extensive experience in the design and delivery of learning and talent programmes across various disciplines within the UK and globally. She has facilitated learning from Undergraduates to Senior Executives including leadership development, team development and coaching. She is extremely passionate about delivering commercial success whilst ensuring a pragmatic partnering approach with her Clients which leads to both behavioural and cultural change.
