Business experience
Patrycja’s professional career began with psychological diagnosis and counseling. For more than 6 years she worked as a trainer, a manager and a coach. Her experience includes delivering Assessment and Development Centres, managing global and local development projects, project teams and a team of internal trainers, as well as building and implementing a variety of training and development programmes due to recognised business needs.

After graduation Studies (Coach) – Higher School of Management in Wrocław, Poland (2016)
After graduation Studies (Trainer / Educator) – University of Warsaw, Poland (2009)
Master’s Degree in Psychology –  Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Poland (2005)

Training history
Having worked for corporate matrix organisations,  Patrycja has lead virtual project teams to ensure the delivery of agreed objectives for various business lines (IT, financial, etc.) This has enabled her to add target focus through a people-oriented approach. In such a dynamically changing environment, she was able to improve her multi-level, cross-cultural communication targeting to a broad range of audiences – from operations through to senior management. Currently, as an experienced business trainer and coach, Patrycja is able to share practical examples from her own experience. She demonstrates a variety of perspectives, builds rapport, engages audiences to experiment with new ideas and methods to improve their performance. Patrycja specialises in communication, motivation, personal effectiveness, management training,  train-the-trainer and presentation skills.
