As home to the largest financial services sector in the world establishing a New York office, as well as a base for US-wide operations, is an obvious next step. Alpha Development has ambitious plans to scale the business by 30% year on year by 2025.
We are planning to open our New York offices from September 2022 with a primary focus on go-to-market roles being in place.

Director of Business Development (Global) The Director of Business Development (Global) is responsible for resourcing and acquiring territory-led new logos for Alpha, mainly in the US East Coast. They will seek out large complex deals, with the most significant financial services firms in the world. This role will line manage a team, with some already in post, and the recruitment of new posts.
Account Directors (NAM) x 2 posts The Account Director will own customer relationships and growth ambition on a global scale. With the expectation for broad client diversification that includes new regions, new product and an even seasonal spread of revenue.
Marketing Manager (NAM) Alpha is setting its commercial organisation ready for accelerated growth, with the acquisition of new logos and client expansion playing a significant role in the strategy.
Marketing will make a vital contribution in generating demand for new business; plus support other functions, including but not limited to Product, Programme Management & Partnerships.
Regional Development Director (NAM) Alpha is setting its commercial organisation ready for accelerated growth, with the acquisition of new client logos playing a significant role in the strategy. This is a direct selling role, responsible for sourcing of new, revenue generating clients.
The Regional Development Director will take ownership of their own territory and be responsible for hitting their sales quota through by acquiring new, attractive clients for Alpha.
