The extent of the services offered will vary depending on how familiar you already are with apprenticeship programmes.

• Conduct a training needs analysis with your line-of-business head(s) to help you to determine what the skills requirements are for your business, and to find the most appropriate apprenticeship standard to develop the associated skills 
• Design a bespoke apprenticeship programme in consultation and partnership with you, which aligns with your business and includes your policies, language, and input from your subject matter experts 
• Align the programme with any relevant professional qualifications 
• If you decide that you would like Alpha to deliver this programme, we can introduce you to skills coaches and tutors to ensure you are happy with their experience and expertise. 
• Help with the preparation of apprentices for their exams, even if they are being trained by other providers 
• Quality assure your existing programmes to determine if corrective action is needed to ensure apprentices complete 
• Set up your apprenticeship levy account 
• Determine how much funding you have available in your levy account 
• Train you in how to add and manage your employees within the account as they begin their training 
• Add employees to the account on your behalf for your approval
