Assessments and Analytics: from analogue to digital (and back again)

A large Wall Street Bank

Client

Our client runs multiple analyst onboarding programs simultaneously, for many hundreds of new hires. Alpha delivers some of these programs. The client has strict data security protocols in place, meaning that assessments cannot be administered by vendor portals, but instead on paper. Alpha partners with a tech provider to digitize assessment papers and deliver near time test results alongside performance analytics.

Client Objectives

Situation in July 2024: not all of our client’s training partners were able to integrate with the client’s internal systems to keep test data secure. The client asked if we could support on these other programs.

Our Solution

Our Digital Success team found a solution for Alpha to digitize and mark assessments for programs that we did not deliver. The challenge was to do so while respecting the need to remain blind to the user identifiers and also allowing the other training firms to retain the confidentiality of their content. AI-enabled secure testing, global delivery, real-time data for performance analytics.

Why Alpha?

In our decade of working with this client on flagship programs, they have increasingly asked us to take on new challenges around digital rollout, and scale. During Covid lockdown, we ran digital internships for every intern globally – several thousand individuals. This goes beyond “delivering training”, and we are grateful for this trusted partnership.
