Poor data literacy is regarded as one of the big roadblocks to the success of the CDO’s office. It’s something that is becoming increasingly advantageous for organisations for better decision-making and the uncovering of new insight and opportunities.

Whilst there is a high degree of awareness for the need for data skills, organisations also need to understand how to work with with data to the appropriate degree – and this is often where the disconnect lies.
